What to know before getting started

What is your specialty?

Fit Mind Professional Counseling specializes in working with people who are used to carrying everything themselves—professionals, leaders, parents, military members, veterans, first responders, and other high-responsibility people who are often expected to stay composed and keep performing under pressure. Ryan Clark, LPC, CCTP, is a U.S. Air Force veteran and trauma-focused therapist providing online counseling to adults and couples in Arizona and Ohio. His specialties include trauma and PTSD, EMDR, burnout, chronic stress, anxiety, insomnia and sleep problems, poor work-life balance, relationship strain, and the effects of demanding careers or difficult past experiences. Treatment is practical, structured, and evidence-based, with a focus on helping clients sleep better, manage stress, strengthen relationships, recover from trauma, set healthier boundaries, and perform at a high level without burning themselves out or feeling like they have to carry everything alone.
